Privacy Policy
Your documents never leave your device. Period.
1. Document Data & File Processing
DocsBee processes PDFs on your device. The PDF tools do not upload document contents, filenames, or passwords. When you choose to continue into another tool, a temporary copy is saved in this browser's local storage (IndexedDB) and deleted when the next tool opens it. Unopened transfers expire after 30 minutes and are deleted on your next visit. Closing a tab alone does not delete an unopened transfer.
2. No Account or Personal Data Collection
We do not require user registration, email addresses, credit cards, or personal identifiers. We do not store or track any document history.
3. Optional local usage counts
Usage counts are off by default. If enabled below, this browser counts tool starts, completions, downloads, supported errors, cancellations, and visits. Counts contain tool routes and event totals only, never filenames or document contents. They are not transmitted to us. You can export them yourself; disabling the option removes the saved counts.
4. Preferences and offline files
Your language choice is stored in this browser. Offline mode caches application pages, scripts, fonts and processing engines, not your PDFs. It is ready only after the footer reports “Ready offline on this browser”. Clearing your browser's site data removes offline files, preferences, and temporary document transfers.
5. Support messages
The Contact page opens a draft addressed to contact@docsbee.net in your email app. Nothing is sent by the contact form itself. If you send the draft, your email provider handles the message and the support recipient receives its contents and your email address. Avoid including confidential documents.
6. Website requests
Your browser requests application files from our hosting provider, which may retain ordinary access logs such as IP addresses and requested pages. These requests do not include your PDF contents.
